where can I find the lpmOff.x470uc after build Rowboat with dsp?

Hi ,all

Now I have build Rowboat with dsp.I found dsplink.ko,lpm.ko etc in out/target/prouduct/beagleboard/system/ti-dsp

but where is lpmOff.x470uc and lpmOn.x470uc?

    lpmON.x470uC & lpmOFF.x470uC are under external/ti-dsp/ti-dvsdk_dm3730-evm_4_01_00_09/local-power-manager_1_24_02_09/packages/ti/bios/power/utils/bin/ti_platforms_evm3530/linux/release/

    Please note that those utils are never been used/tested on Rowboat.
