2. as below show, how to know USB0_DM powered by 1P8 or 3P3? i mean in application, where can config this voltage? or decide by what?

Hi Liujian Zhang,

There is no need to worry about any configuration here. VDDA_1P8_USB pin needs 1.8 V and VDDA_3P3_USB needs 3.3 V at the same time. Both are needed for proper USB PHY operation.

Hi,

Yes, correct, both pins need to be connected to 1.8- and 3.3-V filtered power supplies.

I cannot share internal USB PHY details as this is internal data.
