TMS320C6747: Starting a new project from scratch using CCS v20

Hi,

We are looking at using the TMS320C6747 for a new project. Using CCS v20, Create New Project, I cannot see the C6747 listed. Is this device supported?.

Hi ki,

"CCS 20.x cannot create a new project from scratch" is unacceptable as I have no existing project to start from. Can you suggest an older version of CCS that does allow a C6747 project using SYS/BIOS to be created from scratch?.

It is possible from the command line (the second link in my last reply). Otherwise it is not supported in CCS 20 (yet).

If you need to be able to create CCS projects from scratch from the IDE, you will need the older CCS Eclipse based product. CCS 12.8.1 is the last version.
