AM625-Q1: Support on AM625-Q1 with DDR4 Reference design

We have validated with Micron and Nanya devices (devices can be seen in the description of the Reference Design tab in the DDR Register Configuration tool: https://dev.ti.com/sysconfig/?product=Processor_DDR_Config&device=AM62x).  Customers have gotten many other vendor DDR4 to work.  Please ensure JEDEC compliance.

We have choosen AM6234ATGGHIALWR for our design. For that we are reffering SK-AM62B-P1 Evl board schematics.

Please confirm your suggestion on our selection.

Here we understood the PMIC (TPS6521904RHBR) output voltages are pre-configure as needed AM6234xx/AM6254xx. If yes, Please let us know the output voltages of the  following,

1) Buck1

2) Buck2

3) Buck3

4) VLDO1

5) VLDO2

6) VLDO3

7) VLDO4
