Connecting the "USB-Serial Converter" to the AM3517EVM

Hi,

I have question about AM3517EVM.
If I connect the ”USB-Serial Converter" to the EVM,
the following message have appeared:

hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1
**************************************************************

If no driver have been loaded, I think following message will appear usually:
****************************************************************
usb 1-1: new full speed USB device using ep93xxusb and address 1
****************************************************************

If there are workaround for this problem, please let me know.
