I'd like to buy TMDXEVM8148, but it will take 3 months to be delivered. (Is it produced in Thailand ?)

I cannot wait 3 months, so I am thinking about using TMDXEVM8148BBTA instead , but I cannot find any specification notes.

I only found the following link.

I think the difference between TMDX8148EVM and TMDX8148EVMBBTA is IO expansion only, so I think TMDXEVM8148BBTA works

for CPU evaluation.
