DM8168 can not stably start up

There is a problem about start up from SD card of DM8168 .I choose the way of boot mode is from SD card first.But sometimes when the board is powering on,DM8168 could not start up from SD card,there is no any message printed,and the SD_POW pin is still keep low level.And sometimes the board could start up from SD card. I have checked power system,and i also have verified the power sequence in time,it's good! So i want to know if there is any other factor that can affect the chip boot up when it's on the time of powering on.

The follow is power sequence in time and the PowerOn reset 

3.3V 0ms (beginning）

1.0V_AVS 4ms

1.0V_CON    6ms

1.8V 26ms

1.5V 34ms

0.9V 48ms

PowerOnReset 400ms （end)

    I have the similar situation with you, when i set it as uart boot mode, they are something output on the uart tx line, but the baud rate looks like only 30us,  not in default 115200bps.  and the ddr3 clock has no output.

    me too, We designed a board using DM8168. use SD boot mode.

    Sometimes it's start up,we test SD_ POW is high and DDR3 clock is continuous,sometimes it can't start up, SD_POW is low and didn't see DDR3 clock output,but we can see the OSC 27MHZ is up.

     On 25.4 of "sprugx8.pdf" it seems something wrong at ROM code start-up. who can give me a hand.

    I think it's seems hardware problem too,because when the board isn't start up ,there is nothing on UART line and the DDR3 seems didn't work.
