J722SXH01EVM: the XDS110 Probe was wroked fail on Linux

Tool/software:

Hi,TI experts,

the  CCS 20.2 was installed on Windows,and then the XDS110 debugger was worked fine for me,as shown below:

but,the CCS 20.2 was installed on linux,I have the following error when trying to connect XDS110 debugger and launch target configuration in CCS 20.2.

could you please give me some suggestion and How do I fix this?
