why slaveloader startup VPSS-M3 ti816x_hdvpss.xem3 block?

I test v4l2 in DM8168. My SDk is EZSDK5.03.01.0.15.

I download V4L2 examples from 

http://software-dl.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_tii/psp/LinuxPSP/DM816x_04_00/04_00_01_13/index_FDS.html

excute the following:

 ./slaveloader startup VPSS-M3 ti816x_hdvpss.xem3

but when I load  ti816x_hdvpss.xem3 ,the system will block.why?
