How does the omx create the component?

Please follow the examples provided in EZSDK for OMX component chains. There are exaples for decode_display capture_encode etc. They can be good starting point for you.

Thanks Vimal ,I have analysis the examples,I want to know how does the omx components control the HDVICP2s ,for example  ,the HDVICPs have the following elements:

Motion estimation acceleration engine ,Loop fileter acceleration etc, how do they work?and I also want to know how do the HDVICP2S complete  the h264 encode/decode .

I annlysis the ezsdk,only see the last step,for example ,the API:OMX_FileThisBuf(),OMX_TI_VFCC_ComponentInit() etc.but I can not get the net context,  does TI only supply the library other than source ,can you help me?

Shang,

Codec libraries controls these parameters. OMX component calls codec API to process frames. In EZSDK, these libabries are linked in media controller binaries. Ezsdk does not provide source code for these.

Please contact your local FAE / Support engineer for getting access to develop your own codecs. He should be able to guide you .

It is possible to do so, however you would need access to internal details of HDVICP. As I wrote  earlier, your local TI contact can help you with that.
