Boot test using emulator

Hello

we want to debug a boot problem using emulator over EVM6446 Spectrum digital board. We first verified that the program that is write into the NAND memory starts without the emulator. When we connect the emulator , do the reset and start to run from location 0x0, the system do not start correctly. The output of the serial interface is "BOOT ME". We downloaded the gel file from spectrum digital website and we tried it (in place of CCSv5 gel file) but we obtained the same "BOOT ME". We suppose that this is wrong becouse even if we use the emulator the program in NAND must start in the same way. What can the problem be?

Thanks for replies
