AMIC110: Impact of overshoot from Flash to MCU.

Tool/software:

Customer want to check one thing about impact of overshoot to MCU.

When the MCU and Flash are communicating normally via SPI in the powered-on state, AM_FLASH_MISO has a 4V/1ns overshoot. This signal is directly connected to the MCU. Please help evaluate the impact on the MCU.

Hello Zekun,

I hope you find the below information useful:

As stated in the table - Absolute Maximum Ratings of the section Specifications of the AMIC110 Datasheet, the transient overshoot allowed at the I/O terminal is defined as 25% of the corresponding I/O supply voltage applied for up to 30% of the signal period.
