Dear Team,
We are using AM6442BSDGHAALV in one of our design and we wanted to know, the LPDDR4 read cycle eye mask specification for 1600MT/s data rate.
According to SPRSP56G, DDR electrical characteristics to be followed shows JESD209-4B as highlighted in the below snapshot.
Please let us know if the READ cycle eye mask for LPDDR4(1600MT/s data rate) is a "rectangular" or "diamond" mask also please share the eye mask specifications for the same.
