AM62L: Difference OTP Keywriter Lite and OTP Keywriter

2/. AM62L introduced a new OTP keywriter lite, where the new TIFS API <OTP Keywriter (Lite) TISCI Description> is callable by SW entity running on A53. Refer to the above e2e on AM62L OTP keywriter lite overview, and how to call the new TIFS API from u-boot.
3/. AM62L OTP keywriter lite is currently under internal testing, and will be released once testing is complete. I’ll keep you posted on AM62L OTP keywriter lite release date.
