TDA4VEN-Q1: Whether TDA4VEN can mass product use LPDDR4 at 4000MT speed?

Hi Experts:

Our customer use 2GB LPDDR4 at TDA4Entry. They has build their hardware with TDA4VEN superset and speed is K version. Because K version TDA4VEN datasheet said that it can work at 4000MT speed.

We has configure the LPDDR4 at sysconfig and attached is our setting. The parameter is get from LPDDR4 datasheet but the board can not bring up. If we change the LPDDR4 speed to 3200MT the board work fine.

Could you please help us confirm that:

1. Whether TDA4VEN can set LPDDR4@4000MT speed mass product?

2. In order to work at 4000MT speed and get more higher throughput, except sysconfig input LPDDR4 parameter whether we need special change at software/sysconfig setting?

    Yes, TDA4VEN supports LPDDR4 at 4000 MT/s.

    No, I am not aware of anything that is needed besides the new register configuration file.

    Hi Kevin：

    Thanks for double confirm it. Customer optimized the LPDDR4 sysconfig number at TDA4Ventry. Now their board can successful bring up at 4000MT mode.

    We will work with them run more stability/high temperature/low temperature validation to insure their design quality.
