Your questions above are not quite clear to me.
Do you mean that you have some camera data already saved in DDR and you would like to copy them via DMA?

Normally, DMA copies binary data without any knowledge of the content or format of data.
It may work either by line or by block.

Only one camera is connected to CSI0:

1*camera  YUV422_yuyv  1920*1080   30fps
