AM62L: Cannot boot from the SD card.

Hello! Expert, we encountered this issue on the AM62Lx board. The board cannot boot from the SD card device and will directly jump to serial port boot. The log keeps printing "CCC". Could you please tell me what the reason for this is?

Could you please share the Spec of and type of your SD card. Please attach the log also while using both SD card and serial port boot.

SD card：SDSQUNC-032G-ZN6MA

Currently, we have only verified the boot method of the SD card. It is not possible to boot from the SD card. Instead, it will directly jump to serial port boot. The log is constantly printing "CCCC".

Hi Junzhi,

Ensure that the tiboot3.bin file, which is the initial bootloader for the AM62L, is correctly written to the SD card and is not corrupted. The boot image must be placed at the beginning of the SD card.
Verify you are using the correct boot image for your specific AM62L variant (e.g., GP, HS-FS, HS-SE).
Reparation the SD card properly and also try again. if it's fails again please try with different Brand SD card of different size.
Check Bootmode switch configuration also
