Analog video acquisition in Android with AM37x

Hi,

I'm developing an Android based application based on AM37 Sitara processor. I need to acquire an analog PAL CVBS camera. I think the unique way is to have a video decoder and connect it to the camera interface, as done on AM37 EVM with TVP5146. I woud know if in Android 2.3.4 for AM37 EVM is supported this feature and if does it work well.

Is it used like rear-facing camera or front-facing camera or what else?
