DM816x chip version register

Is there a way to know which DM816x chip version I am running? Is there a hardware chip version register that I can read? I have looked in the data sheet, but I don't see anything that is it.

The DM816x Technical Reference Manual indicates the DEVICE_ID register has a bit field which indicates the version of the device. The register is described in Section 1.16.1.3.1.
