AM5716: How to check which OPP mode of AM57?

Tool/software:

In datasheet, there is a POH table. I want to check how to check our OPP mode of AM57? Is this related to HW or power or SW?

Another question is do we have a lifetime report of different temperature, different core frequency?

I find that in Datasheet, this mode is related to voltage and core frequency.

So question 1 is answered.

Do we have test report of PoH?

Hi Zekun,

I will ask our HW team to see if we have anything additional, but I believe the datasheet itself is giving you the conclusions of the POH in the LIFETIME column.

What information do you need? Are you looking for testing methodology?
