The customer wants to put USB2.0 into compliance test mode under Linux SDK.
USB2.0, High-Speed mode, Type-C connector, Host and Device.

Could you let me know the test procedure or document?

Hi Bin,

The USB2.0 specification provides generic test procedure.
The customer is asking how to put USB controller inside AM62x in Test Mode with Linux OS.

To put AM62x USB0 in host most to test mode:

# devmem2 0x31000420 w 0xA0
# devmem2 0x31000020 w 0x4
# devmem2 0x31000424 w 0x40000000

To put AM62x USB1 in host mode to test mode:

# devmem2 0x31100420 w 0xA0
# devmem2 0x31100020 w 0x4
# devmem2 0x31100424 w 0x40000000

To put AM62x USB0 in device mode to test mode:

# echo "test_packet" > /sys/kernel/debug/usb/31000000.usb/testmode

To put AM62x USB1 in device mode to test mode:

# echo "test_packet" > /sys/kernel/debug/usb/31100000.usb/testmode
