mp3 codec (v01.31.01) has poor audio quality to decode 11.025 KHZ mpeg2.5 mono. It sounds a low play rate.

Should I read your query as - The noted audio clip plays fine on PC based player but has poor quality when played on DM3730 using the given DVSDK/codec version ?
