DM365 USB_VBUS When Power Is Off

Hi,

What happens when 5V is present on the DM365 USB_VBUS pin when all DM365 power rails are off? Should this condition be avoided?

On the LeopardBoard this condition exists briefly when the board is powered using USB. On my design, this condition may exist a bit longer, so it would be nice to know if this condition stresses the DM365 in any way.
