Hi,

Where can I get combined application for V4l2 capture and omx based encode for DM8168?

Similarly omx based decode and V4l2 display display?

I don't think such an example exists in EZSDK. But you can gstreamer which is built on top of OMX decode/encode and V4L2 display.
