CCSTUDIO: CCS20 offline installed, cannot debug projects

Can you provide more details? Which exact CCS version? What is the host OS? Which device is being used? Are you trying to debug an example project from an SDK?

the projects is import from 28002x adc_ex1_soc_software, C2000ware_5_04_00_00

Work computers cannot be connected to external networks; this software is installed offline.

I was able to build a debug the same project while offline so I don't think there is any dependency on being online.

Does any attempt to start ANY debug session fail? Did it ever work on this PC?

no,it never works on this PC, CCS12.8 work well on it

Can you try troubleshooting steps 10.5.2 and 10.5.3 of:

I try above step, they do not work. 

What kind of security software is running on the PC?
