h264fhdvenc(version 01.10.02.05) simultaneous encode + decode supported for 720p

Hi,

               Lately,I encounted two problems when I test the encoder/decoder applied by TI for DM6467T. The encoder/decoder's version are follow,

 h264enc                      01.20.02.00

h264dec                       01.10.05.05

h264fhdvenc                01.10.02.05

h2641080p60vdec     01.20.00.14

             One problem is that h264fhdvenc's releasenotes  write like this

SDOCM00057668              Simultaneous encode + decode not supported because both HDVICPS are used by the 1080p encoder           DM6467_BP_001

 but no similar description for 720p. And The programm went to deadlock when I tested Simultaneous encode + decode  for 720p. So I cann't conform whether the encoder h264fhdvenc supports simultaneous encode + decode for 720p.

             The other problem is that   h264enc's  UserGuide write like this

Supports limited High Profile with 8x8 transforms for Intra Macro  Blocks

 I set      "EntropyCodingMode = 1;      profileIdc = 100;      videncDynamicParams.targetBitRate        = 512000;"

But, the image effect is no better than BP(profileIdc = 66).

So, how can I set the params If I want to use the high profile function and get better image effect ?
