AM62A7-Q1: BGA Trace and vias Routing

The AM62A SK design files is the only layout we have.

Have you had a chance to look at the escape routing guidelines.

Hi Sree,

Part of the issue is the pad size we are using for this BGA in Automotive applications.

Does TI have a recommended pad size for the AM62A74x ?

Also btw ball to ball , what is the recommended blind via size ?

We do not have any blind vias on the SK. Did you see any of them on the SK ?
