AM62A7: Custom Hardware Design, Power Sequencing for VDDSHV4, VDDSHV5, and VDDSHV6

I'm currently reviewing the power sequencing requirements for the AM62A7.  Reference Section 6.12.2.2 in the device datasheet.  Table 6-5, Note 7 and Table 6-6, Note 3 both state: "VDDSHV4, VDDSHV5, and VDDSHV6 were designed to support power-up, power-down, or dynamic voltage change without any dependency on other power rails."

My question is: does the note referenced above imply that one/all of these power rails can be connected to an always-on power source without violating the power sequencing requirements for the device?

    Those VDDSHV pins do not have sequence dependencies on other rails but they still need to be part of the SoC power-up/down sequence. AM62A does not have a valid power state where only VDDSHV4, VDDSHV5 or VDDSHV6 stay ON. This would be an unknown state. 

    The CANUART (VDDSHV_CANUART and VDD_CANUART) is the domain that can be connected to always-ON regulators when supporting Partial IO low power mode.
