Can you guild me how to change it to HS SE chip?
And how to build image with key to boot HS SE chip.

TI provides a KeyWriter binary, and a reference KeyWriter application (that you may need to adapt depending on how your board controls the VPP_EFUSE).

Please see the 5.17. OTP KEYWRITER section of the PDK documentation, and the Key Writer section of the TI-SCI documentation.

PDK provides the build infrastructure to sign an image. This is ok if these are development keys, and you can sign the images on your host machine. For Production Keys, you would need to rely on your HSM infrastructure to sign your images.
