Query in Reset and Power supply monitoring section

Respected Sir,

                               In the EVM of TMS320DM8168, TPS3808G09DBVRG4 is used which has Reset Threshold voltage of 0.84V. Instead I have used TPS3823-33 with the supply voltage 3.3V and it has Reset Threshold of min 2.88V to max 3V. Will this logic work properly? Or is there any specific reason to use TPS3808G09 IC?
