TDA4VM: CPSW2G: System Thread Map allocated for PSIL Threads

I came across this table shown below and have the following questions:

1. CPSW2G has only one MAC port and one Host Port, then why thread number (0x7000- 0x70FF) are allocated for CPSW2G?
2. What is the use case to have these many thread numbers allocated?
