Can you confirm on the EVM you are using and the SDK because the SDK you have told corresponds to J7200 and the EVM is J721E EVM which doesn't seem to match.

Also, whether it be J7200 or J721E EVM main_uart0 is the default uart which is used for serial prints. Hence, there is no additional changes needed on top of the default SDK for using MAIN_UART0 for serial console logs.
