AM6442: AM6442BSDGHAALV processor IBIS Model.

Dear Team,

We are using AM6442BSDGHAALV in one of our projects and we have completed the SI & PI simulations for the entire board.

The IBIS model we used for AM6442BSDGHAALV was "SPRM730E.ZIP (1889 KB) - IBIS Model" for the entire SI/PI simulation.

The question is, since our MPN is AM6442BSDGHAALV which is SR2.0 are we supposed to use the IBIS Model "SPRM810.ZIP (1889 KB) - IBIS Model" for AM6442BSDGHAALV?

Also, can you please let us know what would be the difference between the IBIS Models "SPRM730E.ZIP (1889 KB) - IBIS Model" & "SPRM810.ZIP (1889 KB) - IBIS Model"?

And do we really need to reperform the entire SI/PI Simulations again with the IBIS model "SPRM810.ZIP (1889 KB) - IBIS Model" for our MPN: AM6442BSDGHAALV?

Thanks for the prompt response.

Regarding the Simulation Summarize performed with "SPRM730E.ZIP (1889 KB) - IBIS Model" is as below:

1) LPDDR4 (Power Aware)
2) RGMII
3) eMMC

Note: All the above interfaces SI Simulations are passed with good margin.
