AM623: what is the POR timing requirement for AM6232?

I read the datasheet and found there is a requirement for MCU POR signal and I believe it's a requirement for MCU domain?

If yes, if there's any power on reset sequence for SOC?

There is the power, reset, and clock sequencing diagram.
