AM62P-Q1: eMMC HS400 speed support or not?

Hello,

for eMMC usage, datasheet shows can support HS400 speed mode, but in "AM62Px SitaraTm Processors Silicon Errata, Silicon Revision 1.0, 1.1" as below screenshot show, it will exceed the the timing marginal to JEDEC spec, pls help to confirm HS400 speed mode can be used or not? or have some restrictions? thanks!
