Hi ,
I have followed the instruction and made changes for the impedence in the registers , but i have the following doubt, why does some of the values turn red when i change the density and width for the RAM as shown below :

all the information is correct , but i need to change the density and width for the ram , and when i change it we face this issue.The RAM we are using is AS4C512M16D3LB-12BIN. May i know what could be the reason so that we can sort it out on our end.

    Section 1B of the spreadsheet is the memory specifications, and you changed the Speed Bin to 800MTs, but the actual speed bin you are using is 1600MTs.  If you change back to that, and fix some of the timings according to the datasheet, it should work
