I tried to download the DDR Config tool, which is sadly missing and wouldn't be the most current one aswell.

Is there a new link to that, or is the website just broken?

This doesn't quite solve my problem. As I really would like to have the offline tool, so in the future people can actually reproduce the settings with the version which created it.
