Hi Teams,

We have encountered some boards with the issue "EEPROM not available at 0x50, can’t power up."

The problem disappeared after replacing the TDA4AL SoC. What could be the potential cause? The circuit is as following, thanks.

Boot logs are needed. Also do you have EEPROM on your custom board?

What did you replace with? You replaced a TDA4AL SOC with another?

This is a random issue. Currently, we don’t have a log file, and we did not use an external EEPROM.
Yes, after replacing a TDA4AL SoC, the issue was resolved.

Will need logs to comment otherwise it will be hard to assess what is going on.
