AM62A7: The pins generate a step pattern during power-on.

When testing the pins of AM62A7, we found that at the moment of power-on on AB20 (which is used as a GPIO in the 3V3 domain), there would be a step of approximately 0.6V along with the power-on of VCC3V3_SYS. The waveform is as follows.

Yes, I have pulled the 10k resistor down to ground at this pin. The step still exists.

I have reduced the external pull-down resistance of this pin to 1k. When powered on, the step of this pin will decrease to 0.2V,this is very good.However, when I set this pin to a high voltage level, the voltage at the pin could only rise to 0.7V, and it couldn't be pulled up to the 3.3V voltage range. How should this be resolved?

re you able to share the schematics. Can you please disconnect the IO connection made toother device, add a pullup 10K and check the waveform
