Customer are checking the effect of using a lower VDD_MPU than datasheet required.
They use AM3352 for MP more than 4 years. And they use 600Mhz with 1.1V VDD_MPU in the first year. Then increase the A core to 800MHZ without VDD_MPU change. That is 800MHZ with 1.1V VDD_MPU.
From datasheet, that is out of recommended range of using 800MHZ. Min VDD_MPU in Datasheet is1.21V.
And they met issue after change frequency, scenario is the A core may crash after running random time, range from half hours to one month. That confuse customer and want to check if this is related to VDD_MPU is out of Datasheet supported range.
What is the possible impact of this usage? Thanks for help.
