Can you define the specs for the LVDS signal? Do you want to use an external clock instead of the SERDES internal ref clock?

Yes. I would like to connect the processor to FPGA using PCI express and I want to use external reference serdes clock signals foe both ICs.

Thanks for providing the specs.

It looks like the LVDS should be able to work for the SERDES ref clk. I see that the common mode voltage of 1.2V; but you would need the AC coupled signal to remove any DC offset.
