I am using OMAP4460 prosessor are using my application. please explain the clock seting for LCD Display as a 100MHz.

Are you using a parallel or MIPI display?

If you do not have the TRM, download the 4460 TRM from here:
http://www.ti.com/pdfs/wtbu/OMAP4460_ES.1x_PUBLIC_TRM_vM.zip

Chapter 10 on the display subsystem provides details on how to setup the clocks. For a parallel display see section 10.2 and for a MIPI see section 10.3.

Hi Jon,

we are using parallel interface(DISPC2) of the OMAP4460

Basically i want to know how to set the frequency of "dispc2_pclk" (omap pin number/Name =W4 , DPM_EMU8/USBA0_ULPIPHY_DAT2/UART3_RTS_SD/GPIO_19/RFBI_RE/DISPC2_PCLK/ATTILA_HW_DBG8/SAFE_MODE) to 100 mhz .. pls let me know all the register settings required for making the dispc2_pclk output to 100 Mhz..
