Is it possible to use the streaming engine (SE) in conjunction with memory-to-memory DMA?

If so, I'd appreciate any information, such as whether there's a difference between the address specified for reads via DMA when it's DDR (normal) and when it's SE (streaming engine).

Hi O.H,

The Streaming Engine (SE) has access to L2 memory associated with C7x while the DRU (another name for DMA) is used to feed data from main memory to L2 memory. The example AM62D benchmark app note section 3.3 shows how the DRU and the SE are used to move data from main memory to L2 memory and through C7x compute unites back to L2 memory and then main memory: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/spradm6/spradm6.pdf.
