TDA4VM: RMA Request – Defective TI Boards (J721EXSKG01EVM)

ello TI Support Team,

We are DeltaX (Korea), and we purchased 3 units of J721EXSKG01EVM (TDA4VM Processor Starter Kit for Edge AI Vision Systems) from the TI Store.

- Order date: August 20, 2024
- Order quantity: 3 units
- Order total: ₩998,811
- Ship to: DeltaX, Korea
- All 3 units are defective (DOA).

### Issue description
- No power/boot indication (LED not turning on)
- USB not detected on host PC
- No HDMI output

### Attachments
- Order confirmation screenshots
- Photos of the defective boards

We understand that EVMs are generally non-returnable, but since these units arrived defective, we kindly request an **RMA process (replacement or refund)** for these boards.
Please advise us on the next steps (return shipping, RMA number, etc.).

    Every EVM is functionally tested a manufacturing.  Thus it is very unlikely all 3 systems you received have a manufacturing defect.  Please provide additional information on how you are testing the units.  What power supply are you using and with which connector.  What additional cables/connections have you applied.  The EVM is not flashed with existing software so that is reason for no HDMI output.

    Also - what is the history of these EVMs.  The order date was Aug/2025.  That was over 1 year ago.  How have the EVMs been used?  What applications have they been running, what environment are they used, etc?
