Hi Venu,
These boards are tested before they are shipped out so I don't see why it would not be working. Can you provide video of the board being powered and what the board looks like?
Regards,
Peter
Please find the video below of the board being powered on.
According to the user manual, the onboard LEDs D3, D5, D6, D7 must illuminate. However, on the board supplied, LED D3 (next to the USB-C) does not illuminate. Also, the board starts overheating as soon as it is connected, indicating a possible fault.
Please provide a resolution at the earliest, as the board does not get detected when connected to the PC and does not function as per the instructions provided in the user manual (also attached)

Hi Venu,
I am working with our expert Renan on this and we conclude that there is some assembly issue concerning the LDO and C2000 MCU. This warrants a board replacement for the customer

Peter
Hello Peter,,
Regarding to the return, can we claim for credit, since TI has confirmed that the board is defective.
Please confirm if you can just issue credit instead of returning for credit since it’s only 1 pc.

Hi Venu,
I don't work with the purchasing or returns for this, I think you will have to contact the support https://www.ti.com/info/customer-support.html

Peter
