Hi ,

One of my customer is developing Thin client application based on DM8148 processor , please do find the below query & get back to me with your valuble feedback.

a) The DM8148 has 2.0 two USB port with wake up fuctionality ?  if it so DM8148 USB port will support the TUSB2046B USB HUB with wake up fuctionality ?

b)  DM8148  has internal temp sensor to monitor the  Temp of DM8148 ?

    Hi,

    a. This reply is from USB Peripheral operation perspective not from the Device (System) level perspective. We do support a capability of waking up from SUSPEND state. Also in an OTG envirnoment, an OTG device device can wake up the USB using SRP protocol. Other than these two methods, I am not aware of a special h/w that is implemented at the device level to perform any other type of wake up mechanism. I will ask the USB PHY experts for any other type of functionality implemented.

    b. I will let others address this question.
