The evaluation board does not have an anti-reflection series resistor (22 to 50 Ω) on the AM437X_NAND_ADx line, but will this cause any problems with the waveform on the EVM board?
I am currently designing a board with NANDFROM and EMMC via a buffer, using this circuit as a reference.
The pattern length of the CPU and buffer on my design board is about 25 mm. The pattern length of the buffer and NAND is about 20 mm.
The EMMC is about the same distance. The board has 8 layers, and the second layer is a GND plane, allowing for impedance matching.
I would like your opinion on the necessity of series resistors on the bus lines.
