There is DFU flash tool in AM64x MCU PLUS SDK, but there is only UART flash tool in AM62x MCU PLUS SDK, is there plan to support? or is there a easy way to migrate from AM64x to AM62x?

Currently there is no plan to support DFU tool for MCU+ SDK AM62x, but alternatively you can find the DFU tool in the Linux SDK offering for AM62x: https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/AM62X/11_01_05_03/exports/docs/linux/Foundational_Components/U-Boot/UG-DFU.html

Yes, this is possible.

I am assuming customer is exploring options to flash: UART Uniflash as mentioned, is one more way apart from DFU.
