TDA4VP-Q1: eMMC Timing Information for HS200 DDR Mode

Hi Manikandan,

It is present in the below datasheet :

J784S4_Datasheet.pdf

Section having the timing data(HS400 mode) which is basically HS200 DDR.

In the datasheet the timing diagram available for SDR mode with delay time between CLK & Data. But DDR dont have information, Can you help to get?

I want Switching Characteristics for HS400 in DDR Mode. In the shared datasheet only SDR mode available but not DDR Mode.

There is not a Switching Characteristics section available in the datasheet that you are looking for. As Gokul said above, the HS400 speed mode is essentially HS200 at DDR. The HS400 Switching Characteristic timings in the table above are the only timings we have for this speed mode.
