AM62L: AM62L: Unable to wake from sleep(WakeUp UART )

Using the device tree: k3-am62l3-evm.dts. Executing the command "echo mem > /sys/power/state" fails to wake up effectively via wakeup_uart. How should we make the necessary modifications to enable normal serial port wake-up? Thank you!
